1What is SupHi?
SupHi is the AI assistant that sits in the Supsis panel. You do not learn a new screen, fill in a wizard or write code. You describe the job in everyday language. SupHi turns the sentence into work, shows the steps and brings the result back in the same chat.
A typical request: build a chatbot that answers Instagram messages 24/7, and notify me after hours. The chatbot side goes to one sub-agent, the notification side to the automation sub-agent. You do not pick the menu.
2How do sub-agents split the work?
SupHi does not attempt the whole job at once. It splits the request into steps and gives each step to the sub-agent that knows that work. The chatbot specialist builds the flow and the knowledge base. The automation specialist connects the notification. The voice specialist prepares the phone greeting. Each specialist stays in its field, and SupHi gathers the progress in one window.
That is why SupHi looks like one module and still reaches across the panel. Chat, tables, tasks, mail, calendar, WhatsApp and publishing all run from the same conversation.
3Built-in specialists, AI Team and AI Studio
Built-in specialists have a fixed role. Chatbot, automation, WhatsApp, voice, mail and tables each set up their own module. AI Team is different. There you open an employee for your own work, such as sales, content or updates. You write the role, and the employee follows it.
AI Studio produces a web app from conversation: a customer portal, a booking screen or an internal panel. SupHi can delegate to these agents too.
4Where do you write to SupHi?
From the Supsis panel, Telegram, WhatsApp or email. In the panel you watch the specialists and the steps live. A Telegram message on the road starts the job. Approval and notices can arrive on WhatsApp. An email can be the task, and the result can return by email. The panel does not have to be open.
5What does the approval gate stop?
SupHi and every sub-agent it runs stop before publishing, sending a message or changing a record. That step does not happen without your approval. Checking channel health, mapping automations and looking into why something broke are asked of the same assistant. Watching is open. A lasting change is asked of you.
6Who uses it?
A support team leaving night questions to a chatbot, a sales team describing a hot request to a voice agent, an operations team tying a table row to a task and an email: SupHi starts all of these from one sentence. You do not wait on a technical team or learn every module setting one by one.
SupHi is part of the Supsis Ai plan. It can be tried free for seven days. Current plans are on the pricing page.
