Your appointments in Google Calendar, automatically
Each user connects their own Google Calendar account. Appointments and meetings created in Supsis are written to Google Calendar, and a Google Meet link and an invitation email are added automatically.
- No double entry
- Ready meeting link
- 24/7 appointments
Per-user connection
The Google connection is personal: each team member connects their own calendar, and admins see who is connected on a single screen.
Google Meet and invitations
If the calendar is connected to Google, the created event is written to Google Calendar, a Google Meet link is added and an invitation email is sent to the attendee.
Booking via chatbot
The Create Event block in the chatbot automatically adds an event to the calendar with the customer's details; the title, description and duration come from the flow.
Visible sync status
Whether an appointment has been written to Google Calendar is shown on the event; you can open it in Google Calendar with one click.
